In Person Performance Training

Explore our Performance Training service, focusing on injury prevention and recovery. Our tailored workouts prioritize your well-being, safeguard against injuries, and support rehabilitation. How do I get started?

Step 1) Fill out inquiry form

Tell us about you, your training & injury history, and most importantly your goals.

Step 2) Schedule a fitness assessment

Fitness assessments are 60 minutes 1 on 1. The purpose of the assessment is to better understand you and your goals in order to offer the best possible experience.

*Note: following the initial fitness assessment all sessions are sold in a 10 session package format. There is no time expiration for the use of purchased sessions.

Remote Customized Strength Programming

Remote programming is for those wanting training that is specific to their needs and goals. Programming is delivered using the TrainHeroic app. In addition to the custom training sessions you will also receive a 1 on 1 60 min consultation/strategy call each month. The initial consultation includes an assessment to fully understand your baselines and needs.

How do I get started?

Step 1) Please tell us about yourself by filling out the form below and select option “Remote Customized Programming”

Additionally, please tell us more about you, your history, your goals, and what you believe is limiting you from reaching those goals.​


Step 2) Schedule a consultation

Monthly remote programming is currently $500/mo with a minimum 3 month commitment. The cost of initial consultation will be deducted from the 1st month.
